How vegetarian are you? Please ignore the fish idea if you aren't a pescatarian, and the egg dishes if you are vegan.

Roast salmon with roast sweet potato
Butternut squash and sweet potato tagine with quinoa
Pumpkin risotto
tortilla espagnola
Pasta with spinach and basil pesto sauce
pasta with asparagus sauce (cooked asparagus whizzed up with olive oil, lemon juice and a bit of garlic)
Mushroom ragout with pearled spelt
mezze platter with homous, falafel, cut up veg, cut up spelt bread
Smoked salmon on rye bread with vegetable spread

Well then,

Grilled miso-marinated Salmon (don't know anyone who doesn't like this -adult or child) served with sauteed spinach and soba noodles

Poached/baked fish with salsa verde served with pearled spelt

Spelt Pizza with pesto and grilled tomato

Galettes (buckwheat flour crepes) filled with various vegetarian options

Open faced avocado sandwiches on spelt bread (or with smoked trout)

White bean and wilted green soup

Chickpea and farro soup

Corn Chowder

mad, I've got loads of stuff thats both vegetarian and kid friendly on my oraganic box blog and I add more each week. They are all seasonal (so cheap) and generally quick and easy to make as I've got a 10mo DS and a 2.5 DD. The url is www.blog.londonplains.com

I made this at the weekend and it was delicious and very easy:
Spiced sweet potato and chickpea casserole

I used mild curry powder instead of medium so it just added flavour rather than spiciness, and I served it with naan bread.

I also find the BBC Good Food Magazine website really good - it has a separate veggie section
