What can I do with 400g of smoked salmon?

I'm defrosting my freezer and it's been in there for a while. I should really use it up or chuck it out. Any ideas would be most welcome!

Make some pasta shapes - about 400/500g. Drain

Chop the smoked salmon (about 150-200g) up into small chunks

Mix about a tea cup (or just a bit more) milk & half a tub of cream cheese spread in pan with some lemon if you have. Stir this up.

Add the pasta & some herbs & mix in the moked salmon. If you need more sauce just mix more milk & cream cheese

This will do for 5 kids & 2 adults.
We're having this tonight but minus the salmon - will use tuna instead

Smoked Salmon Pate is delicious, I used to make it often.

Chuck it into the food processor with some Philly or other Cream Cheese, some lemon juice, a pinch of sugar, and grind in a bit of black pepper. Blitz till a pinkish pate but still slightly coarse. Serve on nice crisp melba toast or the like.

BBC recipe for quantities but I just guess and taste

I'd do the pasta as well, jazz it up by chucking half a glass of brandy in with the cream.

Made the pasta (minus the brandy!) for my toddler. She loved it and asked for more! I did the pate for DH, the cat had some and there's still some left over.
Fab inspiration. Thanks!
