I've got 3 pheasants in the freezer and will have at least another brace by the weekend. So far we've roasted, casseroled, panfried and made pate, but have run out of ideas for what to do next.Anyone got any favourite recipes? Thanks.

No idea but can I come round for supper, I love pheasant.

Oh Just remembered nigella had a pheasant curry recipe. Not as weird as it sounds, game is used in lots of Indian, thai meals.
