What do I do?

Wash the meat/veg and add wine (its Jamie O's basic stew I thought even I couldn't screw it up)

Stick a slug of wine in and cross fingers

Leave it and hope for a miracle

If not too much I'd leave it, if loads I'd get rid of the liquid and add stock or wine.

Just googled guinness lamb, and there are lots of stew recipes - just look one up and adapt it?

Hmmm, I think I'd get rid of the liquid. It may be fine but I wouldn't chance it.
