I'm a complete numpty. have just added guiness to what I thought was diced beef

Turns out its diced lamb

What do I do?

Wash the meat/veg and add wine (its Jamie O's basic stew I thought even I couldn't screw it up)

Stick a slug of wine in and cross fingers

Leave it and hope for a miracle

How much guiness?
If not too much I'd leave it, if loads I'd get rid of the liquid and add stock or wine.

Hmmm, I think I'd get rid of the liquid. It may be fine but I wouldn't chance it.
