Yeah - eggs are fine. So's chicken, red meat, fish, pick the green bits off the bread and thats fine. Draw the line at blobby milk maybe, but other that that if its not pulsating with a green layer of rankness it's all good.

Nose and eye test hasn't failed me yet. God, I should be a freegan.
