Hello, i've mad some chicken stock and there's quite alot of chicken left too. Want to make something in slow cooker for tea tomorrow night. What else could i put in? Got pots, celery, carrots, sweet pots, tinned butter beans and usual store cupboard stuff.
I've also got some frozen poff pastry too. Was thinking i could make some kind of stew in slow cooker that top with puff pastry and put in oven to make little pie's???
Also, i've frozen the stock with the left over chicken. If its been roasted then boiled to make stock is it then ok to defrost and cook again???
