mustard or pesto to spice my mash up a bit?

horseradish and a bit of fresh basil is my favourite, but of the two I would say mustard.

Wholegrain mustard

Big dollop of horseradish is my fave!!!

Gawd you can tell I'm Irish....the thought of any of those items sullying my mashed spuds is making me heave!!

Loads of proper butter, a splash of cream (not milk) and plenty of seasoning. Mmmmmmmmmmmm.

I'm sick of pesto. Go for mustard.

I'd go for pesto, but then again I am not particularly fond of mustard. Depends what you're serving it with really...

not with anything, dd's and dh having cottage pie so thought I would have the left over mash.

wholegrain mustard and some grated strong cheddar!

Or red pesto and coarsley ground black pepper. Yum.

Mustard - wholegrain. Ooh and cheese...if you are having just the mash you could put cheese on top and put it in the oven till it goes melty.

add a bit of pumpkin, butternut squash or sweet potato, and grainy mustard
