If you get them out now they may be defrosted for tomorrows dinner time..

Just grill/pan fry them for 15-20 minutes.

What sort of thing do you like? How about this?

GoldenSnitch · 11/11/2009 18:41

If they're really thick you could cook them on a lower heat for longer to stop them burning or even cut them in half to make them thinner?

Oven would work too

TrinityHasAVampireRhino · 11/11/2009 18:42

thankyou very much snitch

Or www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/database/porkcurry_75667.shtml - you chop up the chops so it wouldn't matter how thick they are...

GoldenSnitch · 11/11/2009 18:43

No problem

GoldenSnitch · 11/11/2009 18:44

Here's an oven baked pork chop recipe...

GoldenSnitch · 11/11/2009 18:45

Another You flatten the chops in this one so it would work with your thick chops

GoldenSnitch · 11/11/2009 18:47

I'm finding all these here if you want to look for some more.

Just type in "Pork Chop" in the box where it says "BBC Food Recipe Search"

And if you find anything super tasty let me know

Hi Trinity,

I've got a couple of recipes for pork chops done in a slow cooker, if you fancy that?

KnottyLocks · 11/11/2009 18:56

Some here. Maybe worth a try - you can get on with other stuff then!

This delia recipe is a hit on our house (could easily be used for pork chops) and is v.v.easy - even I can cook it:

Normandy Pork with cider
