I ahve some torut fillets and need some inspiration

FGS "torut". I mean trout. MY writing/typing and reading are getting worse

Lime zest and juice, finely chopped ginger, shredded spring onion, salt and pepper. Wrap up in foil parcel and bake in oven, serve wih sugar snap peas, baby sweetcorn and rice.
