Slow cooker: Joint of beef - on high, med or low?

Thought I'd try a joint of beef in my slow cooker (not done a joint before)

I've found this very nice mn recipe, if I were to do it in a slow cooker instead of the oven, would that be high low or med and for how long please?

Not in any great hurry as we'll have lots of time on Sunday.

Thanks!

Low.

Red meat: cook slow.

White meat: cook fast.

Many thanks Goober. Low sounds right to me too.

Anyone an idea of time? I thought probably most of the day.
