I want to make it for my friends 30th, and was wondering if I could adapt it?

Would it taste ok?

Add the Baileys (just a few tablespoons) to the cream once you have whipped it before you mix it in with the melted chocolate. That should work.

here anna, they do a non baked chocolate bailey's cheesecake so it must work!

Peronally, I would always go for an unbaked one over a baked one.
