Have you used Quorn in the slow cooker?

Being veggie alot of my meals end up containing some variety of quorn or soya mince.

I have an unused slow cooker and some recipes that came with it but wanted to know if anyone else had used quorn instead of meat in their recipes?

I haven't used it in a slow cooker but have made casseroles using it. The only useful information I have is, Sainsbury's Meat Free chicken pieces (their version of Quorn) are a lot tougher than the Quorn ones so will last even better. Plus, they did at one point do pretend beef which was even tougher than that.

Good luck!

I made a vegetable casserole in the slow cooker and then added Quorn pieces at the end. So I guess the Quorn was in the slow cooker, but only for about 15 mins, with the heat turned up. It tasted nice, anyway.
