Does anyone have a Onion Relish/Marmalade slow cooker recipe?

That's it really. I fancy making some of the sweet, sticky stuff for Christmas (cheese and crackers, yum!).

bump. Perhaps I should just sling it all in (onions, sugar, vinegar? what else?) and see what happens...

Sounds too good to be true TBH. I thought the whole point of relish/pickle type things was fast boiling to reduce the liquid. Slow cookers would just stew it. I made some green tomato chutney once. I had to boil vinegar and onions for about an hour. That's why I only made it once.

Good point kreecher, hadn't thought of that. I guess I might try it on the hob (although what's the betting that I forget about it and end up with a charred mess?!).
