Potato and a yoghurty Indian marinade - how can I combine the two?!

I have marinaded some chicken in a yummy Indian-spiced yoghurt marinade. There's loads of marinade left over and I am trying to find something interesting to do with potatoes, so any ideas how I could use the marinade with the potatoes? The marinade has to be cooked as it's had raw chicken in it and I can't add oil, so no frying. I was wondering about just coating the potatoes in the marinade and then roasting them but would that make the potatoes soggy? Or cook it in the marinade like some kind of casserole?

Mash the potato and add the yogurt then heat for a bit to cook the marinade?
