recipes for a smoked salmon rissoto (if there is such a thing)

would love to try to make rissoto and thought smoked salmon might work quite well does anyone have a recipe and method

Don't have recipe but if doing it would make with fish stock and add salmon at the end.
Would probably go for hot smoked salmon fillets though.
If you like the idea of a fishy risotto, how about Jamie's pea and prawn

we use smoked salmon fillets instead of the prawns in the Jamie method posted below

it is lush and the Martini is worth it.

if however you are pushed for time/effort use the Jamie flavours and this method for a less unctuous but perfectly passable risotto - I only do the Jamie hob one for guests.
