Jam? Chutney?
(Put them in nice jars, and you'll have Christmas presents for random rellies sorted
Stewed plums in your porridge in the morning? Halve & freeze, for plum crumbles all winter

vodka, sugar, plums leave in dark place and by christmas, you have plum vodka..

clafoutis - have tried various recipes that vary in consistency between cake and custard but all without exception delicious.
