I am going to start a diet next week but it's come from an American website.

It does all the measuremnts in cups. What is the equivalent of a cup?

just under a mug

OK for liquids and eg flour, tricky when it's something like butter!

It's Tuna, green beans, carrots, brocoli and Cauliflower!

Well it's still 8 fl oz!

If you don't have any cup measuring things, just use your Pyrex jugs or whatever.

Jan is right, use a scale until you get used to the size, probably a palmful of vege.

God I'm gonna starve!

Should have known when it said 3 oz of meat for a meal!
