any lovely recipes for wheat, egg and dairy free cakes??

i use pure spread fine in cakes, use doves farm wheat free flour. have a few recipes but need new ideas esp finding ones without egg is hard and egtg replace doesnt work thaat well with wheat free

I made a very passable vegan chocolate cake for friend's birthday recently; the recipe called for vinegar instead of egg.

I'll try to find it..

Also, I have a recipe somewhere for strawberry tofu cheesecake I can dig out if you like?

I think this was pretty much the recipe I used vegan chocolate cake

I think I just used sunflower oil instead of canola
