Pork with feta and sage. Is it going to be grim?

DH came shopping with me earlier and I've ended up with a pork loin, which he thinks I can stuff with feta and sage together.

Would you?

Yes and have done.

The sage is lovely with the pork and the feta is fairly salty so you only really need to rub the pork with olive oil and some black pepper.
Sometimes I take two rashers of bacon, blitz in blender with feta and sage then stuff the pork. Is lovely.

Sorry, hit post too soon, I add breadcrumbs as well.

Phew. That's a relief. It was one of those desperate in the supermarket ideas which I thought might backfire.

I have to go and be creative now. Not sure I'm in the mood!

Tis very easy, stuff and go for want of a better phrase.

Well, I've stuffed and gone and come back.

It was delicious! What a fantastic combination!
