am making mainly parsnip and carrot soup and have some single cream left over.

It will need to be reheated tomorrow - yes or no?

Definitely - I would. Keep it in the fridge and it will be absolutely fine. I would add it at the end - assuming you are blending the soup, add it to the blended mixture and either reheat if you want to eat straight away, or just add it cold, stir, let the whole mixture cool down and then refridgerate.

Sounds yum!
