strawberry & rose-petal preserve/conserve/jam. I really want some

Last year we visited London and popped into Fortnum & Mason (first time I'd been in their for about 12 years). In amongst the treats we bought, I got a jar of their Strawberry & Rose-petal conserve.

It was truly Yummy, and I carefully eked it out so the jar lasted us until after Christmas.

I deserve a treat, and thought I'd try to get myself some.

Fortnums don't seem to stock it anymore (on the website, but no price or add-to-basket button), and I can't find anyone else making anything similar.

I have never made jam (seems scary), and don't grow roses, so I'm snookered that way too.

Do any other MNers know of such a thing ??

Oooooh S-E-Astra, I think it may well be, Thank you (mwah mwah).

Much cheaper than Fortnums sold it of course (about £8 I thing ).

I'll order some and give it a whirl.
