I want to make a chicken hotpot - how to make the sauce?

I have some leftover chicken from a roast and want to make it into a hotpot. I have all the usual cupboard things, including chicken stock and chicken gravy but I used the chicken juices for a gravy when I first cooked it.

I thought about just using chicken stock but that might be too thin??

Ideas please!

You could bung some flour in at the start OR some granules towards the end to thicken it up.

My mouth is watering.

Cook some onions in a bit of butter first, then stir in a tablespoon of flour, add the rest of the ingredients and some chicken stock, then simmer it slowly for a good while (specific recipe, this) and you should get a nice thick sauce. Yum!

Thank you very much! Will do mix of flour and gravy and stock and simmer.
