Nothing too complicated or spicy. If anyone has a good recipe that would be great - need to use up all the tomatoes.

Thank you.

Tomatoe Chutney

Onions - 1 copped
Green Chillies - 2-3 (depending on taste) chopped
ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
corriander leaves - 4-5 twigs chopped
red chillie powder - one teaspoon (remember that you have added green chillies too, so make sure u taste before adding this)
salt - as per taste

For seasoning
Cooking Oil - 2 tsps
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - 2-3
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp

Method
Take oil in a wok. When hot, add all the other items in seasoning to the oil. When the mustard seeds splutter, add the onions and fry until they are golden. Add the ginger garlic paste, green chillies and fry well. Then add the tomatoes, red chillie powder and salt. Fry until the tomatoes are well done and the raw smell is gone. Garnish with corriander leaves.
