Onion Tart - what's your favourite recipe?

Looking for something where onions are sweetly caramelised.

This one is my favourite.

Although I sometimes don't use as much onion topping as they say (I make the same amount and freeze the rest to eat with sausages). And I prefer to sprinkle thyme over at the end than oregano.
