layer in a pastry case sliced courgettes and motzzarella cheese untill full pour over whisked egg with salt and pepper then sprinkle more chesse and bake till golden it was delicious

i only had 4 in the fridge but it did the job nicely as i really packed in the courgettes

I make a similar one with goats cheese for a stronger taste. yum!

oooh yummy will try that too thought perhaps tomatoes would do nicely in it but i didint have any

Was just bloody hoping thast this didn't have bloody campbells condensed in it!

Have lots of courgettes but am allergic to egg so DH is going to get this for his dinner on Friday!
