Or will I be poisoning my family?

How does that even work?

Well theoretically frozen food goes off twice as quick as fresh food so you can refreeze but they might not last as long and they may also not defrost as you'd expect.

I've always thought that you shouldn't refreeze defrosted stuff - especially bread.

I could be wrong although I wouldn't do it

Well all that would happen is it would turn to penicillin so technically it might be a good thing
