Coleslaw - am left witha huge vat of it - what can I do with it?

Had a big party at the weekend and am left with a huge vat of coleslaw. Anything I can do with it other than chuck it?

Post it to me. I made a huge bowl of it at the weekend. Have scoffed the lot Can't beat homemade coleslaw

hmm... well we are having baked pots with it tonight, DH can take a turkey and coleslaw sarnie to work tomorrow, and Iguess the rest will have to get chucked...
