Going to buy lamb in a minute, what is the best cut for a really nice squidgy roast later?

It's only for 2 adults plus little bit for DC so don't need lots. Don't want too much faff with bones.

Will be purchasing from butcher.

Oh, and should add that despite my lack of butchery knowledge I can cook ok and am considerign long slow roast as DC at school play til late so might give them pasta early and eat late on my own, saving their portions for tomorrow.

Just in case this makes a difference...

With a long slow roast I would chose a shoulder as it's much cheaper than a leg - it will all fall off the bone - yum!

Thanks Alibaba - shoulder is in the oven roasting now.
