Silicone cake cases, Anyone know how to stop my fairy cakes from sticking?

Right so i've been out and bought some silicone cake cases today, I got 12 regular sized ones and 20 mini ones.

Me and DS made 20 mini fairy cakes to see how they turned out and they stuck, so we then made the regular sized ones to see if they worked and they stuck aswell.

I washed them before using them, I didn't grease them because on the instructions it says no need to grease so what am I doing wrong?

Should I give up and go back to using paper cases?

i would grease and flour. and make sure they're nice and cool before you try and remove them

Did you let them cool before taking them out of the case? I make muffins using a silicone muffin tray and unless I let them cool completely they break up and stick when I try to turn them out.
