And if so how do I store it til then. Want to make a pavlova for a party Sunday but only time I have to do the meringue is tonight!

I definitely would. Meringue needs to dry out so I should think it would be perfect by Sunday. I would just keep it in a tuppaware, or failing that, just cover in clingfilm or foil and keep somewhere cool.

Yes. Keep in a tin or a plastic box. Let it cool first though.

Is it going to raspberry? Is it? Is it? can I have some.....

Thanks for your answers. It is going to be raspberry but as I have never made it before you may not want a bit!

You need to let it cool in the oven with the door shut overnight.

If you are a meringue novice, the oven should be off if you are leaving it overnight!
