Just harvested a lot of blueberries off my fruit bush , what can i make with them ?

My dc's aren't keen on them raw so any recipe ideas much appreciated

Dunno how to make it but my sister was given huge amounts the other day at the allotment by the nice gentleman whos wife makes the jam for charity.

This is a nice topping for pancakes or ice cream...

Put a pile of blueberries in a small pan and put on a low heat. Add a couple of tbsp of maple syrup and keep heating/stirring till the juices are dark red as the fruit burst.

Allow to cool a bit and then use as topping for desserts etc

i made anabelle karmels yogurt magimix cake

i followed to recipie, added a generouse handful of blueberries and did the tiniest maximix pulse...

put them im muffin cases and cooked them

they were divine
