Friends round for dinner - having fajitas unless you can give me some inspiration!

Its a Friday night so needs to be quick and easy. Good friends so doesn't need to be poncey . Am thinking fajitas but seem to do them all the time at the moment.

Any other thoughts - chicken based probably.

ohh fajitas are fab.. why not do a mexican night.. or a load of tapas.. and get the wine out.. .. oh and an I come

Actually, it would be a good excuse to make some margaritas too . And have some king prawns I could do with garlic and chilli to start with.

Of course you can come, the more the merrier. Can you bring a pud?
