Starter:
Cherry tomato tarts made with cheddar pastry:
Make cheddar pastry and blind bake in tart tins
Spead base with mixture of creme fraiche and dijon mustard
Half cherry toms (good if you can get mixture of red and yellow ones)
Sprinkle with fresh thyme and pepper
Bake for about 45 mins. Serve with green salad.
