Quorn 'ham' - can you really not freeze it?

Can you really not freeze this? It says 'not suitable for home freezing' on the pack but I was planning to put it in sandwhiches for the week and freeze them. We'd never get through a pack in the 2 days otherwise!

can't understand why you would want to eat the stuff let alone freeze it!

I think it would be fine for a week. The texture might go a bit odd though. There would crertainly not be any food safety issues.
