I thought of cheesecake already if anyone can recommend a yummy recipe

Dizzydixies' white chocolate cheesecake comes highly recommended.

How about a pavlova? Topped with passionfruit would be lovely and summery.

Strawberry Pavlova
Sorbets (homemade - very easy and do lots of flavours and they look lovely in little glasses - that is what we are having tomorrow!)
Big Fruit Salad with lovely thick cream
Something chocolatey - maybe roulade with raspberries.
Nigellas Old Fashioned Chocolate Cake with raspberries and vanilla ice cream is nice too.

Oh yes dizzys white choc one is divine. Lots of berries on top. Delicious!

I found a recipe on the internet for a cheesecake and it went down well. Got another party in a few weeks so i will make the famous dizzy one then, love white choc and love cheesecake so gotta be a winner!

Easy peasy dessert:

Pile mixed berries on to a serving platter (blueberries, raspberries and strawberries work well) and make a pouring sauce from double cream and melted white chocolate.
