There will be two pregnant ladies present, one of whom is highly anxious about toxoplasmosis, so I'd rather avoid raw fruit, just in case.
Also I think it'd be better to avoid fresh cream etc because it won't be possible to keep it in the fridge beforehand.
And it needs to be easily transportable, as well as delicious and pretty to look at.
Difficult, moi?
My best idea so far is lemon drizzle cake. My other ideas at the moment are all too wintery (brownies, orange yoghurt cake).
