Like just leave it all day?

I thought i could but cannot seem to find out how and am beginning to doubt myself?

I am vegetarian but do not want to poison anyone?

Please help!

i think if you did that it could be very dry. it would nneed covering with tin foil.

I don't think the bottom oven will get the inside temp of the meat hot enough to kill the bugs in chicken - much safer to top oven it. I never bottom oven a chicken but I have 24 hour bottom ovened a huge side of pig, and regularly do large lamb legs in the bottom oven (after 40 mins in top oven)

I guess this is too late: how did you get on?

thanks for asking

popped it in roasting for 30 mins then 2 hours in baking

looked and according to the eaters - tasted great

let's hope it was ok

all very easy and so moist!
