Have most things in, would like it to be pretty quick to cook and dd is 19 months, still likes her food mashed up.

Ive done frozen cod mixed with homemade tomato and herb sauce with rice and some peas on the side.

I have no sausages
I have no Spaghetti and dd had that yesterday
No pasta sheets for lasagne.

Anymore, something with chicken.
Give me a good recipe.

If egges are not a probelm, how about a nice frittata and some brown bread

Do you have any soft cheese (Dairylea, Philadelphia)? Cook the chicken, cut it into cubes, stick it in a saucepan with half a tub of soft cheese and a squidge of tomato puree, mix it up, heat it until the cheese melts and forms a sauce, pour it over pasta.

DD won't entertain eggs for some reason.

Ive done the same with shredded chicken , tomato sauce and peas on side!!!

Tomato sauce

fry onions
add garlic
add fresh and tinned tomaotes, chopped.
add in any herbs
a tiny bit of sugar,tomtos can be acidic
bring to boil , simmer for half hour
u can also add a little water

If chicken pre cooked , add in to tomaotes at just before boil stage. BIt like chicken cattatiore(sp???). If raw fry to brown it a little then add to sauce.

I then mix it with boiled rice.

Pour a tin of pasta sauce over the chicken, stick it in the oven and call it casserole.

cook onion and chopped up chicken in pan(plus any veggies/herbs you want). Add rice, stir to coat in oil. Add can of tomatoes and some extra water and stir until rice is cooked/water absorbed. chop chicken up to dd's consistency. Quick risotto
