Your best 'batch-cook and freeze' recipes, suitable for an almost 2yo please!

I am planning on having a day in the kitchen tomorrow and am desperate for ideas for ds. He likes spag bol, stew, fish pie etc but I feel I have done these to death! What type of stuff do you fill your freezers with?

Veg/meat mousaka

Chilli (not too spicy and serve lo's with nat yog and cheese)

Cauliflower cheese

Quiche

Homemade pizza dough and then lo can help do topping on the eve you eat it. My dc's love a pizza night.

I make a tomato sauce with chunky veg (whatever is to hand) and some tuna (the original recipe was for tuna ragu I think). This is then served with spaghetti, penne, couscous, rice, jacket potato.... I've been making it since DD was around a year old and she still loves it at nearly 3.

Cottage/sheperd's pie and risotto always goe down well too.

Also...

Chicken curry a big favourite in my house

Lamb Casserole (with lots of veg & potato) served up with mini yorkshire

Cottage pie/Chilli/Bolognese (I sometimes do all of these at the same time as all have similar ingredients with different spices/seasonings and have 3 big vats on the hob!)

Mac Cheese with veg & ham or salmon (although he's gone off that recently)

Thick Lentil & Veg soup

And - if you make up a big batch of vegetable laden tomato sauce like Mejon suggested you can add sausage/tuna/beans/chicken to it once you've reheated for a bit of variety & protein, or stir in a spoon of marscapone for a creamy sauce.

Wow - I have all these ideas, so why does my DS only live off Bolognese & curry?!!!
