.. alla veneta

I need to know exactly what is in the dishes!

alla giudia - with Jerusalem artichokes

alla mugnaia - coated in flour, fried in butter with lemon juice, same as the French term 'meuniere'

alla veneta - I think done in the way typical of the Veneto region
alla veneziana - done in the Venetian way!
