good quiche recipe thats not too fiddley!

want to make a goats cheese and leek quiche but the blind baking etc putting me off, does anyone have a recipe thats foolproof and makes nice non soggy pastry???

This is the pastry recipe I use for quiche and everyone who's tried it says they love it. The pastry goes crunchy not soggy.

2 cups of flour
half a cup of oil
quarter of a cup of milk
sprinkle of salt

Chuck all the above in a bowl and mix together. Wrap in clingfilm and leave in fridge for minimum of 15 mins maximum overnight.

This pastry doesn't roll well so just plonk in quiche dish, flatten round the dish with your hands et voila Let me know how you get on.

What kind of oil best to use?? what temp in oven??

Sorry 6inch don't have internet at home. I just use veg oil & bake it at 180 degrees until done.
