cubes of fillet steak recipe ideas please!

I have about 500 g of fillet steak 'offcuts' I guess you would call them. Am thinking of a beef curry but does anyone have any other ideas before I pop out to the shops? Not strogannof as I'm not in a 'creamy sauce/paprika' mood

but with fillet steak? Isn't it a bit of a waste when I could using stewing steak? Thanks for the idea though

True, bit of a waste of fillet.... how about stirfried in tortillas with salsa and sour cream?

Nigella has a fab chilli that she makes with cubed steak and she puts chocolate in it. It's yummy and rich.

What about kebabs?
