fry in butter with pepper, serve with lemon, is my favourite. But possibly too bloody obvious

I like to butterfly them and then grill them, skin side first so it goes crispy, then flesh side, seasoned with salt and butter and drizzled with lemon juice once cooked.

I like it served with long grain rice and steamed asparagus.

I marinade mine in soy sauce and then chuck them on barbecue.
