Gina Ford Chicken and peach casserole recipe pls

Hi, does anyone have this recipe to hand. have lost it and thought I would try it again as have a bunch of peaches that need to used up. Cheers!

Don't have this particular recipe but figure this one's probably close?

Chicken and peach casserole

Saute 2 tablespoons onion in olive oil in skillet
Fry 2 chicken breasts, diced
Add 400lms of chicken stock
Add 1 tablespoon diced red pepper
2 med sliced carrots and bring to boil
Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes
Add 2 large tablespoons of tomatoes
7oz of peaches
Tablespoon of the juice from peaches or water
Simmer for 15 minutes
Puree or pulse for older babies, makes about 8 portions
