Vegetarian 1 yr old with stomach pains every night?

Hi, my dd has terrible stomach cramps every night and I don't know why. She's vegetarian, 13 months old, it's been suggested it could be silent reflux, or it could be too many pulses such as lentils and soya in her diet creating indigestion/wind. She arches her back and cries in her sleep, wanting to stay asleep but the pain wakes her up. Holding her upright or getting her up brings her relief. I massage her stomach clockwise, wind her, etc etc. It's been every single night since I can't remember when. Anyone have to take their baby off pulses to stop this kind of thing? Clues!!

Thanks,

Em x

sounds like wind to me. I had terrible wind when I first went veggie and that's with an adult digestive system
