I've got four globe artichokes that need to be eaten but I could do with some inspiration. I've only ever had them once before boiled (or maybe steamed?) and dipped in butter, I think. DP won't appreciate anything that subtle as, by his own admission, his palate "isn't very refined" (I gave him some lovely steamed local asparagus with home made hollandaise recently and he thought it was really dull). Can anyone think of a way to serve them that might have a stronger flavour?
