Need a recipe for a lentil aubergine potaote layered bake thing or any good ideas please

I am trying to get us to eat 2 vegetarian meals a week and really fancied something like a red lentil aubergine and potatoe bake with tomatoe sauce - I think has anyone made anything like this and recipies or ideas please?

Like a veggie moussaka?
I've never done it with lentils involved as well, but often do a veg moussake with layers of aubergine and potato with a tomato sauce and then a top layer of bechamel sauce...No recipe it's a codging together of what's in the fridge sort of thing!
Or what about aubergine parmigiana? Fried (or grilled) (but better fried in batter- do it in olive oil to make you feel better) aubegine slices, layered with mozzarella and tomato sauce then baked...

Yes like a veggie moussaka - I was going to put the lentils into a tomato sauce. Would you put tomato sauce just on the top or between the layers also?
Made aubergine parmigana last weeks thanks - was very yummy.

I'd put tomato sauce between the layers as well....I usually sling some mushrooms in if I've got any....but might try it with lentils too, to bulk it even further..
