Do you have an Antonio Carluccio recipe book?

Ages ago I watched Antonio Carluccio on Saturday kitchen making 3 different kinds of ice cream - one was definitely cardamom, I think the others might have been ginger and cinnamon, or something like that.

Anyway, DP and I have been fantasising about these ice creams ever since, and even though they can now never live up to the legend we have built up around them, I want to try making them.

So, can anyone either supply the recipe, or point me in the direction of the recipe book that it might be in?

I remember the recipe, think it was called Doge's Delight??? Not sure which book it was in though.
