does anyone have a recipe for a fatfree,sugarfree cake...thats tasty?!

Just wondered if anyone has tried a fat/sugar free cake that is tasty...

You could always try this fruit loaf without the sugar. The fruit may sweeten it a bit.

FRUIT TEA LOAF

225g raisins
225g currants
225g sultanas
225g light brown sugar
275ml hot tea
1 large egg
450g s/r flour

Put fruit in bowl and cover with hot tea with the sugar dissolved in it. Do this the night before so the fruit absorbs the sweet tea.
The next day add the beaten egg to the mixture then sift in the flour and mix well.
Put into 2lb loaf tin (or 2 1lb tins and you could freeze one).
Put into oven for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hrs at 170/325/gas3.
