Annabel Karmel's meatball recipe from baby and toddler feeding plan

Has anyone got this to hand? I just need ingredients and quantities. I'm pretty sure it doesn't contain egg but have lent my book to someone and can't remember exactly how it goes.

Well there are loads of ingredients! Do you want it all or something in particular you need to know? There is no egg in it if that's any help?
